So, yesterday i woke up the earliest I've ever woken up on a Sunday. 9:45am. AM!!!!
First on the things to do during my birthday week was to go to Inner Vision Tattoo studio and discuss with one of the artists a design I came up with for my next piece of ink. I was a bit worried because last week when I went in, the artist in mind rejected my idea because of a few details but I didn't actually get to about it with her - we had to pass messages on through the receptionist while she tattooed someone else. Thankfully, though, I got the chance to work out something with her and discuss my idea properly and she is drawing it up. Now the three week wait! My first birthday present! It is all booked in.
Then, Luis and I went and had a yummy breakfast of scrambled/poached eggs and chorizo!! YUM! Browsed a few shops on Crown Street and Luis bought me an awesome new wallet with a chain:

The rest of the day was spent chilling out with a friend over a few beers.
In the evening, we ventured over to the Annandale to farewell Davin (Shanghai - saxaphone) and wish him all the best on his move up to sunny Queensland. Watched Interstellar Overdrive play then went home to relax with some dinner and watch Miami Ink before crashing out.
