Motorhead tour Oz!

Postby Chantel » Mon Jul 30, 2007 11:25 am

The legendary rock n roll band Motorhead will be bringing their Kiss of Death tour to Australia this October and FasterLouder have jumped on board for the ride!

Last seen down under in 2005 playing support for Motley Crue, Motorhead – the loudest proudest rockers left in the biz, will be strutting their stuff on stages across the nation and joining in the mayhem will be one of Australian rock’s loudest, meanest most authentic acts – Rose Tattoo

Motorhead have a proud live history shaking the fans to their very foundations ever since Lemmy first wrapped his paws around a microphone back in 1975 (when the band was still known as Bastard)
Lemmy’s vision was to create a UK version of The MC5 with a twin guitar front line attack but the concept distilled down to a trio and took its name from the slang tag for speed freak.

That was then – and more than 30 years later the band is still going strong – so expect ears to be ringing across the country as this power rock act unleashes the rock beast to a legion of fans. Tickets on sale August 17.
