TLS Question...

A murder of crows

nu metal is just a term for media types trying to describe music they know nothing about.
I can't believe anyone seriously uses that term.

They use it to describe bands that are older then the term itself, bands that were also being labeled as emo or punk, or some sort of ...core before they were"NM"

Scott has proved he knows nothing ITT.

And how the fuck you think TBE, the vool and cog could even be labelled as nu metal is beyond me guyz.

Nu metal bands:

Korn
Limp Bizcuit
Drowning Pool
Slipknot
Cold
etc etc

The Locus Scene sound nothing like any of them, and I find it hard to catergorize the band due to the diversity in the set.

Songs of yours sound like certain bands, but as a whole, its not compareable for me.

The first Nu Metal bands!

Actually, Anthrax and FNM came before them...

Anyway, it doesn't matter what term you use to describe it, Nu Metal, Crossover, whatever. In the end it's the amalgamation of Metal with Hip Hop into your operall sound. Something which TLS does NOT do...not yet anyway...

I didn't.

I just said that I'd be pointing the finger at them before us...
