Actually a little too raw for my liking.

That reminds me, I might write a review tomorrow...

I had a great night on Friday.

I'm glad I got there in time to see Los Alamos.
Stellar set guys, very impressive.
Can't wait to catch you guys again.
Was also great to get a chance to finally have a chat with you in person Ben...

Rook were pretty good.
I think I enjoyed their shows a little more when they played with us earlier in the year.
Was great catching up with them all, and I can't wait to see them again...

Junto were absolutely fantastic.
One of the better sets I've seen them do since the Cog support.
The room was packed for their set, which was good to see.
Band of the night by a mile...

Self were also top notch.
Probably the best set I've seen from them.
Looks like they have had a successful run of shows, so congrats, and respect for putting in the hard yards...

Great night all round...

i was sick so i spent most of the night sitting in a corner... but agreed, Junto were awesome. Los Alamos though started off a little shaky put on a fantastic show for the rest of the set. I wasn't particularly a fan of Rook, though thats my stylistic opinion. They sounded damn good though.

I only saw about 3 Self songs before i had to leave. you could tellit was the last show of the tour - daves voice very raw (roar?) but the band was solid as from what i saw anyway

Ahh when I hear shit like this, it makes me think two things:

1. I can't believe I couldn't make this gig... Junto have been getting progressively better, and its great to see they're not taking a step backwards. I've heard so much good about Los Alamos and I'm very keen to see them, and its good to hear Self played well because the last time I saw them I didn't think they played all that well.

2. I can't wait til we get out there playing because it sounds like there's a lot of stellar bands that we'd be honoured to share the stage with.
I touched her hand... her hand touched her boob. By the transitive property, I got boob! Algebra's awesome!
