    i spoke to a band last night that have played there a couple of times. apparently the live room has just been re-done and is really nice - a little smaller than the main room of the annandale. its capapble of a full mic up and apparently the sound gear is all brand new also, and the engineers know what they are doing. this is all what i have heard...

    but yeah location is the biggest thing.
