Yeah, it took me a while to get used to the brightness of it all, and I had intentions of toning it down (which I still may do), but I quite like it now.

Looks a little more inviting perhaps?

yeah.. a few things im not a fan of, but i guess its just getting used to it. seems to take a lot onger to load... and the unread topics are a lot less obvious.

what version of PHPBB is it?

It loads pretty fast on my end...just as fast as the old forum anyway...

Yeah, I've found the same thing with unread topics. I'll be changing the icons for that soon...
